The owners and staff of Blue Water Construction are pleased to call New Bern home. The city of New Bern was founded in 1710 and served as North Carolina’s capital during colonial times. Over the years, New Bern as grown as a special place to live and visit. The rich history is evident in the revitalized downtown and many historic sites and landmarks throughout the city. As the “birthplace of Pepsi”, New Bern is proud to be the home of many firsts that have been a part of this region’s progress and development.
