2007 New bern Parade of Homes Winner

Blue Water Home Construction would like to announce the winning of 1st place in the $500,000 home division during the 2007 New Bern Parade of Homes tour. The home that we received this award for was 913 Dorset Way.

The show featured homes located throughout Craven County with one at Minnesott Beach in Pamlico County. The event was held during the last week of April 2007.

Craven’s building season runs from April to October — and it’s getting busier every year, according to the county planning department. In 2000, the office completed 6,360 inspections on new construction, remodels and housing additions. Last year, that number was 13,461.
