Rick Askew - Co-Owner
Rick founded Blue Water Home Construction for the sole purpose of offering first quality design-build concepts to this region. He takes pride in every job they complete.

Hart Askew – Co-Owner / Job Site Superintendent
Hart, Rick’s son, joined the company in 2002 as co-owner and field superintendent. He shares in Rick’s vision of building homes that surpass the expectations of each buyer.

Ginny Sellhorn – Bookkeeper
Ginny Sellhorn is proud to be a part of the Blue Water team and uses her accounting and bookkeeping background for smooth office operations. Her attention to detail helps keep each project on track.

Debra M. Pless – Draftsperson / CAD Operator
Debra Pless draws each home plan using the latest version of SoftPlan, a residential design program that delivers high detail drawings; the first step in realizing your dream home.
